1. Upload Your RFP Document
Start by uploading the RFP document you want to respond to.
Navigate to your WizardRFP dashboard and click the "New Proposal" button. You can upload RFP documents in several formats:
- **PDF files** - Most common format for government and enterprise RFPs
- **Word documents (.docx)** - Often used for smaller RFPs and SOWs
- **Text files (.txt)** - Simple format for basic requirements
Pro Tip: If you have a multi-part RFP with separate documents for technical requirements, pricing instructions, and terms & conditions, upload the main technical requirements document first. You can add supporting documents later.
Pro Tips
- Ensure your RFP document is clear and readable - avoid scanned PDFs if possible
- If the RFP is password-protected, remove the password before uploading
- Large files (>50MB) may take longer to process
